Two Thumbs Up!
Hello everyone. Oscar here again.

I went to coldLogc yesterday to buy some more of their latest products.
I bought somers.lavender, which is the one I'm wearing in these pictures.
But what happened yesterday was something out of the ordinary of my easy going Second Life.
I purchased the product and waited for it to be delivered.
After waiting so many minutes in the store, I finally gave up.
Because there were quite amount of customers lingering in the shop
I though maybe lag is causing the delivery failure.

I went back to my house and waited for another few minutes.
Still no delivery...
I re-logged.
Couldn't find it in my inventory.
Cleared cache and re-logged.
Waited for the inventory to be fully fetched.
Still can't find it.
Went back to the store and checked if they have any re-delivery system.
They did!!! I went through the list of things that can be re-delivered.
But.. couldn't find the one I just bought...
I also check my transaction history.
There is a record that says I did pay for it.
So, the last resort.
I wrote up a note card saying the delivery was unsuccessful
and a list of things I did such as clear cache and re-log and so on.
Also copy and pasted the transaction history.

After that, I came to realize that the reason why people were lingering in the store were probably because they were having the same problem I did. No wonder they won't leave.
About 30 minutes after sending the note card, I got reply from coldLogic staff.
he/she (not sure of the gender) informed me that he/she is attending other customer now
and my issue will be taken care as soon as possible.
Considering the amount of people who might have had the same issue, 30 minutes of response time is not bad at all.
Probably waited for another 30 minutes or so, the item was sent to me with message of apology.

There is no doubt that coldLogic's rigged mesh products are one of the best in Second Life.
And I'm satisfied with their customer service as well.
I give two thumbs up to coldLogic.
